During my time in Sorrento, I served as the creative lead for Maison Il Conservatorio’s social channels. My work focused on capturing the intersection of luxury hospitality and authentic Italian culture.
Growth: Optimized TikTok and Instagram strategies, resulting in 411% and 298% growth in reach respectively in just over a month.
Content: Produced, edited, and managed a consistent feed of Reels and TikToks designed to capture diverse international demographics.
Operations: Enhanced the guest journey by managing reception desks and modernizing digital payment workflows to ensure a seamless experience from "check-in to checkout."
